樂活小女人: 矽谷˙爾灣˙台灣三地跑

在美國，不流行美白皮膚; 倒是很時興美白牙齒。

這款Crest牙齒美白貼片，兩年半前為了要拍”美美的婚紗”用過了第一次，效果不錯。

因為怕酸痛，只用了上排貼片，很明顯的，上排牙齒就比下排牙齒白上一個色差。

但最近發現牙齒又黃回來了 (沒辦法啊~ I love Coffee!!)

就去Target買了Crest貼片第五代，貼片設計比前一代輕巧。一天貼兩次，一次5分鐘。

但說實話，要保持效果還是要從生活習慣改起， 好~ 樂活小女人決定戒coffee﹗

嗯~ 有點兒難 那就三兩天喝一次好了!!
